How to Manage Organization Facilities

Organizations with multi-facility accounts can create, edit, and delete facilities directly from the platform. This feature is available to Organization Administrators.

Accessing Organization Management

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to **Manage Multiple Facilities** from the main menu
3. The left sidebar provides access to the following sections:
- **Facility Membership** — View and renew facility memberships
- **Organization Admins** — Manage organization-level administrators
- **Multi-Facility Users** — Invite and manage users across facilities
- **Multi-Facility Domains** — Manage approved email domains
- **Facility CRUD** — Create, edit, and delete facilities

Creating a New Facility

1. Select **Facility CRUD** from the sidebar
2. Enter a name for the new facility in the **Create New Facility** text field
3. Click the **Create New Facility** button
4. The facility is created with your organization's default membership level and a renewal date set to one year from today
5. The new facility will appear in the **Manage Facilities** table and in your facility selector dropdown

Editing a Facility Name

1. In the **Manage Facilities** table, click the **edit** icon next to the facility you want to rename
2. In the modal that opens, enter the new facility name
3. Click **Update** to save the change

Deleting a Facility

1. In the **Manage Facilities** table, click the **delete** icon next to the facility you want to remove
2. A confirmation modal will appear asking you to confirm the deletion
3. Click **Yes** to delete the facility

A facility cannot be deleted if it still has users attached. You must first remove all users from the facility before deleting it.

Managing Organization Admins

Organization Administrators have management access across all facilities in the organization.

1. Select **Organization Admins** from the sidebar
2. To add a new admin, enter their email address and click **Add**
3. The user must have an email address with an approved domain
4. To remove an admin, click the delete icon next to their name in the admin table and confirm
