How to view specific bays in 3D Vessel View
With BAPLIE Viewer Online, you can access the 3D Vessel View under the Visualization tab in the Function Menu to see a realistic model of the uploaded vessel data. While in 3D Vessel View, it is possible to quickly view a specific bay without opening another tab or navigating away from the 3D model.
3D Vessel View looks at the data in the BAPLIE file to determine the maximum number of bays, and the widest column to determine how best to draw the vessel. This allows the view to be dynamically scaled from the smallest ship to the largest ship.
Bay Details allows you to view specific bays in the 3D model.
At the top of the screen, the default mode sets the 3D model to view All Bays. Use the dropdown to view a specific bay or use the arrows to move between bays. After zooming into a particular bay, selections will also appear at the bottom of the screen to allow you to move quickly between bays.
View a Specific Bay
If you know the bay you are looking for, simply select it from the dropdown menu. The 3D model will automatically zoom in to a close up of the specific bay you selected. To return to the full vessel view, click All Bays in the dropdown menu.
If you would like to see more information about the selected bay, click the circle on the left hand side of the screen to view container data.
You can toggle through the different bays by selecting the Bay numbers at the bottom of the 3D View screen.
