How to download files with .EDI extension instead of .TXT
BAPLIE Viewer Online will default to downloading BAPLIE data as a .TXT file, although it is also possible to download BAPLIE files from your account with an .EDI file extension.
Once you have logged in to baplieviewer.com, click the Help tab in the Function Menu on the left side of the screen and then select Settings.
Within Settings, click on the System Settings option. Then use the toggle to change the default setting from saving files as a .TXT extension to a .EDI extension. This setting will be saved to your user profile and all future BAPLIE files will be downloaded according to this setting.
