How to customize colors used for containers in 2D Bay View

With BAPLIE Viewer Online, you can access the 2D Bay View under the Visualization tab in the Function Menu to see a graphical representation of the uploaded vessel data. While in 2D Bay View, you are able to easily customize the colors used for your line of business need.

It is possible to change the colors of the containers to represent a specific attribute such as Container Size or Port of Discharge. You can also customize the colors shown across the entire 2D Bay View to match the colors you are accustomed to using at your terminal.

View your BAPLIE file as a 2D Bay View of the vessel by clicking on the Visualization tab in the Function Menu and then selecting 2D Bay View. The view will open in a new tab on your browser. 

Across the top of the new page that loads, you will see a list of different modes to use the 2D Bay View tool with. View Mode is the default option. Choose Settings under the Mode options.

Selecting a different mode will change the button options just below this top bar. Once Settings has been selected, then click Customize Container Colors to change the colors being used. Use the dropdown to specify which attribute you would like to customize the colors for.  As you customize the color for each attribute, it will automatically update the 2D Bay View screen with your customizations. Click the Reset button to restore the color to the default option. 

Changes made to attribute colors will automatically save to your profile and persist across all areas of BAPLIE Viewer Online.
