How to logout users of a facility

Facility Administrators have the option to force log out all sessions for users that belong to their facility within BAPLIE Viewer Online. If you are at the Facility Administrator, then this can be done by following the steps below:

1) Login to your account and select Manage Facility from the top left of the side menu

2) Select Team Members from the list of options available

3) Locate the user that is not able to login from the list of users, and then click the LogOut icon next to their number of open sessions.

The user should now be able to login without error
