Why am I unable to upload BAPLIE files?

When you click on the Upload option, our website looks at your user account, and checks how many files you have previously uploaded.

If you have a Free Trial membership, you can upload unlimited files for 30 days. With the Silver membership, users are limited to uploading 15 files per 30 days. With a Gold or Platinum membership, there are no restrictions on the number of files that can be uploaded. 

If your paid membership has expired, you will be unable to upload new files until the membership has been renewed. 

If a limit has been reached, the Upload page will disable the ability to upload new files, and will explain the reason why.
