Can I receive an invoice for my membership purchase?

It is possible to pay by invoice. We handle payments through PayPal, which allows us to offload the responsibility of collecting financial information to a global entity better suited for the handling of confidential data.

When you create an account with BAPLIE Viewer Online, you automatically have access to the Free Trial membership for 30 days. To upgrade your membership to Gold or Platinum for a monthly or annual subscription, visit the Manage Facility section in the top left corner of the screen (under the name of your facility) and then click Membership.

Select a membership type from the options provided, depending on your organization's needs.

Select the membership tier that best suits the number of users you need.

Then select the duration of your subscription. 

After entering all required information, the final payment page will allow you to either create an invoice or pay by credit card through PayPal. 

When you select Pay By Invoice, an invoice will automatically be generated and appear on the next page. Feel free to pay the invoice immediately, using either the PayPal or International Bank Transfer options described at the bottom of the invoice. Alternatively, you can download the invoice as a PDF. 

The invoice can be paid either by using the Pay Now With Credit Card link which will take you to PayPal, or by submitting an International Bank Transfer using the SWIFT details contained within the invoice.

At any point, you can return to the Membership section of the website (Under Manage Facility) to view past invoices. They are shown at the bottom of the page and indicate whether or not they have already been paid, including a link to pay any outstanding invoices.
