September 2026 Updates

New

  • Refreshed sign-in and account pages. Login, sign-up, forgot password, resend activation and facility-selection pages have been redesigned with a cleaner, modernized look. The forms are more legible on mobile and validation messages are easier to spot.

Improvements

  • BAPLIE 3.1 → BAPLIE 2.2 downgrade. When downloading a BAPLIE 3.1 file as BAPLIE 2.2 (with or without VGM), the file is now produced correctly and validates cleanly against the SMDG 2.2 specification. This closes out an issue reported after August's BAPLIE 3.1 support went live.

Bug fixes

  • Forgot Password — "Remind Me" now displays feedback correctly. Clicking Remind Me on the forgot-password page once again displays a clear on-screen confirmation (success in green, "email not found" in red). Previously, on some browsers, nothing appeared to happen.
  • Resend Activation. The resend-activation page now shows the same clear success and error feedback.
  • Corrected an issue with the integration to TEDIVO Vessel Designer & Library. Access to the TVD API key is now correctly reserved for Platinum accounts. Non-Platinum users were previously able to input and save an API key which was a bug. Non-Platinum users now see a friendly paywall directing them to upgrade.
