New Features

• Added a default "Your Logo Here" logo for each facility to encourage facility admins to add their own corporate logo.
• Updated Pricing Page so when you click Choose on one of the memberships and you have an active logged in session already, you will be taken to the Memberships section of Manage Facility, so you can perform the purchase membership or request invoice steps 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed internal issue for BVO Support to be able to associate additional facilities to users
• Fixed an issue with the 3D view when viewing smaller ships such as barges and feeder vessels
