New Features

  • Temporary Users
    • We now have a new classification of users known as Temporary Users. These users are for people that do not have access to their own email address within your company. For example, if you have union labor that is ordered daily, you can create a temporary user that is enabled only for a specified amount of time, after which the login will no longer work until re-activated by the Facility Administrator.
  • Bulk Import Users / Guests / Temporary Users
    • You can now import a list of users, guests and temporary users by importing a csv file with the list of accounts to add.
  • New Membership Tiers
    • We have modified GOLD access to now have the same feature set as PLATINUM, with the only difference being the number of users associated to the facility. GOLD membership is no longer view only and users with this membership level can now EDIT BAPLIE data.
  • TEU Settings more configurable
    • We have revamped the TEU configuration to make it easier to define Facility specific TEU settings, and user specific TEU settings, and allow the user to select which set of TEU calculations to use.

Bug Fixes

  • Export to Excel progress bar
    • The progress bar previously would hang at the first step when exporting to Excel. This would make it look like the Export process was not working. This issue has been corrected and the progress bar will now update accordingly.
  • Read Only Accounts
    • Previously, some features within Facility Info were editable by users with View Only permissions. This has been corrected so that View Only users cannot make any changes at all within the system.
  • [Internal Feature to correctly classify accounts as members of paid facilities]
  • File Upload Count
    • Fixed an issue that caused the File Upload count to show as 0 for users within Manage Facility, even though the user had uploaded multiple files
  • Main Content - Dynamic scrolling of all data
    • We have modified the Main Content window to display all records in the BAPLIE in a single table without needing to specify how many records to display per page. Now, the entire results will be returned, but they will only load as you scroll down the list. This dynamic loading of data results in a more optimal performance when viewing large BAPLIE files.
  • Account Locked
    • Fixed an issue where failed login attempts would lock the account for 1 day instead of 1 hour.
  • Cargo Summary and Routing Summary totals
    • The Cargo Summary and Routing summary reports have been updated to include a total row at the bottom of the table. If you check the checkbox to the left of one or more rows, a total of all values from the selected rows is displayed at the bottom. This is to help sum information such as TEU counts for specific Carriers / Ports / Routes etc.
