New Features

  • Completely redesigned navigation making the site more modern looking and much more intuitive to navigate
  • Notification system - receive site wide and specific account notifications from BAPLIE Viewer, along with updates on new features
  • Facility Administration
    • Invite Users to your facility and give them admin / view & edit / view only permissions
    • Invite Guest Accounts to your facility - they can only see files explicitly shared with them
    • Updates to files are immediately seen by other users and guests
    • Security Enhancements for enterprise password policy compliance
    • Corporate branding - you can now add your facility name and company logo to BAPLIE Viewer
    • Facility specific Pivot reports available to all team members
    • Specify file retention periods more suited to your facility's needs from 1 day to 90 days instead of the default 7 days
    • Payment history visible in the Memberships page with ability to download PDF receipts of PayPal payments and PDF copies of invoice payments
  • Individual logins
    • No longer have to share a generic username and password with other members of your facility
    • Avatars can now be uploaded to personalize your login
  • Improved collaboration - with additional team members and guest accounts, you can share BAPLIE files with colleagues without having to download and email files
  • Vessel Calendar - see all files uploaded and organized by future vessels, current week's vessels and past vessels 
  • Multi-file uploader - now you can upload multiple BAPLIE files at the same time instead of only one at a time
  • Dashboard updated to highlight if BAPLIE contains anomalies in the data without having to explicitly load the anomalies report
  • Corporate registrations only - BAPLIE Viewer Online no longer supports personal email accounts such as hotmail.
  • 3D View
    • Higher quality vessel texture better suited to adapt to various vessel sizes.
    • More customizations on the 3D vessel. Add a more detailed bridge with/without an attached smoke stack. Add a separate smoke stack as a single or dual stack. Add deck cranes pointing Fwd or Aft. Display lashing bridges and customize the colors of all sections of the ship.
    • Realistic 3D views of containers with real-life color and logo by container owner
  • New Vessel Customizer application to add greater detail to 3D vessels including labels and damage notation / visualization.
  • New Container Damage application to add visual representation of damage to individual containers
